Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Moses NYC packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
